Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grab two sheets of parchment paper. Place one sheet on top of a baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto the parchment paper.
- Place 1 cup of cottage cheese on top of the olive oil in multiple scoops across the sheet.
- Place the second sheet of parchment paper over the cottage cheese and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin, even layer.
- Place the cottage cheese into the oven and bake, rotating every 10 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
