Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grab two sheets of parchment paper. Place one sheet on top of a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto the parchment paper.
  4. Place 1 cup of cottage cheese on top of the olive oil in multiple scoops across the sheet.
  5. Place the second sheet of parchment paper over the cottage cheese and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin, even layer.
  6. Place the cottage cheese into the oven and bake, rotating every 10 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
