For Apples:

  • 4 Granny Smith or Gala apples
  • ¼ cup apple juice/cider
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For Topping:

  • 2½ cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Prep Apples:
    • Preheat oven to 350° F
    • Core and slice apples
    • Toss with juice and dry ingredients
