Ingredients
For Apples:
- 4 Granny Smith or Gala apples
- ¼ cup apple juice/cider
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
For Topping:
- 2½ cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Prep Apples:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Core and slice apples
- Toss with juice and dry ingredients
- Bake 40 minutes
- Make Topping:
- Drain yogurt 30 minutes
- Mix with honey and cinnamon
