Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ of a banana
- 2 cooked beets
- ½ cup raspberry kefir
Instructions
- Place frozen berries, banana, beets and kefir in a blender and blend until smooth.

- If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more low-fat milk.
