Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ of a banana
  • 2 cooked beets
  • ½ cup raspberry kefir
Instructions
  1. Place frozen berries, banana, beets and kefir in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish with toppings of choice.

 

Notes/Additions

  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more low-fat milk.
