Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 liters chilled cream soda
- 7 Tbsp. butterscotch syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate pitcher or large bowl, combine the chilled cream soda, 5 tablespoons of butterscotch and the butter extract.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients without losing too much carbonation.
- Pour the butterscotch mixture into glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous dollop of the prepared whipped cream.
- Drizzle each glass with an additional 2 tablespoons of butterscotch for a garnish and serve.
