Ingredients
  • 4 wooden skewers (6-inch)
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed fruits (strawberries, bananas, mango, grapes)
  • 1 square whole grain waffle, toasted and cubed
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
Instructions
  1. Prepare Components:
    • Cut cheese into ¾-inch cubes
    • Prepare fruits (stem strawberries, peel bananas, etc.)
    • Toast waffle and cut into cubes
  2. Assemble Kabobs:
    • Thread alternating: cheese → fruit → waffle
    • Repeat until skewer is full
