Ingredients
  • 24 grape or small cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls or cubed mozzarella
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Dash of kosher or sea salt
Instructions
  1. Assemble skewers:
    • Fold basil leaf in half (if large) and thread onto skewer
    • Add mozzarella pearl
    • Add tomato
    • Repeat pattern once more per skewer
  2. Prepare for serving:
    • Arrange skewers on platter
    • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil
    • Sprinkle lightly with salt
