Ingredients
- 24 grape or small cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls or cubed mozzarella
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Dash of kosher or sea salt
Instructions
- Assemble skewers:
- Fold basil leaf in half (if large) and thread onto skewer
- Add mozzarella pearl
- Add tomato
- Repeat pattern once more per skewer
- Prepare for serving:
- Arrange skewers on platter
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil
- Sprinkle lightly with salt
