Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup diced ham
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Stir in cheese and ham.
- In separate bowl, beat egg with milk and oil.
- Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake 15-18 minutes.
