Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease muffin tin.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
  3. Stir in cheese and ham.
  4. In separate bowl, beat egg with milk and oil.
  5. Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
  6. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake 15-18 minutes.
