Ingredients
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 small zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders (about 8 strips)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • Cooked pasta (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Prepare 4 foil pouches (12-by-15 inches) with cooking spray.
  3. Layer zucchini, chicken, seasoning, sauce and cheese in each pouch.
  4. Seal pouches tightly and bake 35 minutes.
  5. Open carefully, add extra cheese if desired and bake 2-3 minutes more.
