- 2 cups havarti cheese, cubed
- 4 oz. salami, thinly sliced
- 4 oz. Calabrese salami, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups Castelvetrano olives

1. Arrange a few sprigs of fresh rosemary on a large board to create the outline of a Christmas tree.
2. Start at the top and build your rows. The first row should be the raspberries.
3. The second row is made with the sliced salami, and the third with the Castelvetrano olives.
4. For the fourth and fifth rows, use the havarti cheese cubes and the Calabrese salami.
5. Create the sixth row with blackberries, and use the rest of the cheddar and colby jack cubes for the seventh row at the bottom of the tree.
6. Add pretzel sticks to the base to create the tree trunk.
7. Finally, place star-shaped cookies throughout the board as ornaments.
8. Serve merrily, share with friends and enjoy the season.
