Ingredients
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Make Base:
    • Whisk sugar and cinnamon in large bowl
    • Stir in dairy and vanilla until sugar dissolves
    • Optional: Chill 1-2 hours for enhanced flavor
  2. Churn:

    • Process according to manufacturer's directions
