Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee, chilled
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. espresso powder, optional
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine cold brew coffee, whole milk, vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, espresso powder (if using), vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend, scraping down the sides as necessary, until completely smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Divide milkshake mixture evenly among serving glasses. Garnish each evenly with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve.

Tip: Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup to create a mocha flavored milkshake!
