Ingredients
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1½ cups crushed cornflakes
- ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound chicken tenders (about 8 strips)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Set up 3 bowls:
- Flour with salt/pepper
- Eggs + milk
