Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and greasing your muffin tin.

2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Make sure everything is well combined.

3. Pour the mixture evenly into each cup of the prepared muffin tin.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until egg bites are set and lightly golden on top. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
