Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice mix
  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 2 cinnamon sticks for topping
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until it is hot but not boiling.
  3. Pour the hot milk mixture into a mug.
  4. Add the espresso shots.
  5. Top with the remaining ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice and a cinnamon stick.
