Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice mix
- 1-2 shots espresso
- 2 cinnamon sticks for topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until it is hot but not boiling.
- Pour the hot milk mixture into a mug.
- Add the espresso shots.
- Top with the remaining ½ teaspoon of pumpkin spice and a cinnamon stick.
