Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- ⅓ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3 cups fresh strawberries (2 cups sliced for freezing)
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Freeze Strawberries:
- Slice 2 cups strawberries
- Arrange in single layer on plate
- Freeze 1 hour or overnight
- Blend Smoothie:
- Combine frozen berries, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla in blender
- Puree until smooth
- Serve:
- Pour into chilled glasses
- Dust with cocoa powder
