Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • ⅓ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries (2 cups sliced for freezing)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Freeze Strawberries:
    • Slice 2 cups strawberries
    • Arrange in single layer on plate
    • Freeze 1 hour or overnight
  2. Blend Smoothie:
    • Combine frozen berries, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla in blender
    • Puree until smooth
  3. Serve:
    • Pour into chilled glasses
    • Dust with cocoa powder
