Ingredients
- 2¾ cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, spinach)
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 4 pita flatbread rounds
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Coat veggies with cooking spray.
- Spread sauce on flatbreads.
- Mix cheese with seasoning.
- Layer: half cheese → veggies → remaining cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes until golden.
