Ingredients
  • 2¾ cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, spinach)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 pita flatbread rounds
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Coat veggies with cooking spray.
  3. Spread sauce on flatbreads.
