Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions
  1. Make Garlic Butter:
    • Mix softened butter with minced garlic
  2. Assemble Sandwiches:
    • Spread garlic butter on one side of all bread slices
    • On unbuttered sides:
      • Layer mozzarella + Monterey Jack on 2 slices
      • Layer cheddar + Parmesan on remaining slices
  3. Cook:
    • Grill butter-side down 3-4 minutes until golden
    • Combine halves to form sandwiches
