Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Make Garlic Butter:
- Mix softened butter with minced garlic
- Assemble Sandwiches:
- Spread garlic butter on one side of all bread slices
- On unbuttered sides:
- Layer mozzarella + Monterey Jack on 2 slices
- Layer cheddar + Parmesan on remaining slices
- Cook:
- Grill butter-side down 3-4 minutes until golden
- Combine halves to form sandwiches
