Ingredients
- 8 ounces hot Italian sausage
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 (8-inch) flour tortilla, cut into ½-inch squares
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Remove sausage casing, if needed. Cook in skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain and crumble.
- Microwave cream cheese 1 minute in large microwave-safe bowl. Add green chiles; microwave 30 seconds and stir.
- Add half-and-half and sausage; microwave 3 minutes until warm. Stir.
- Add tortilla squares and cheese; microwave 2-3 minutes, stirring until melted. Heat additional time if needed.
- Transfer to slow cooker to keep warm. Serve with chips.
