Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon dolce simple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Cold Preparation:
1. Place milk, cinnamon dolce simple syrup, turmeric, ginger and pepper in a mason jar or cup, and whisk to combine. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
2. Whisk or shake in the morning and pour over ice. Enjoy!
Hot Preparation:
1. Heat milk, syrup and spices in a small saucepan over medium heat until tiny bubbles start to form around the edges, about 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently so a skin doesn't form.
2. Transfer to a mug and enjoy!
