Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach, washed
- ¾ cup milk (skim, reduced or whole)
- ½ banana, peeled (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen peaches
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie mixture into glasses and garnish with peach and pineapple slices, if desired.
