Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
  • 3 cups fat-free milk
  • 6 ounces cinnamon-apple Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 Asian pear, cored and chopped
  • ¼ cup pomegranate-flavored dried cranberries
  • ½ low-fat graham cracker, crumbled
  • ⅛ cup chopped walnuts
  • Agave nectar or honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Soak oats in milk overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Cook according to package directions (10-30 min), stirring until thick.
  3. Mix yogurt with chopped fruits in separate bowl.
