Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 3 cups fat-free milk
- 6 ounces cinnamon-apple Greek yogurt
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 Asian pear, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup pomegranate-flavored dried cranberries
- ½ low-fat graham cracker, crumbled
- ⅛ cup chopped walnuts
- Agave nectar or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Soak oats in milk overnight in refrigerator.
- Cook according to package directions (10-30 min), stirring until thick.
- Mix yogurt with chopped fruits in separate bowl.
- Spoon yogurt mixture over oatmeal.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and walnuts.
