Ingredients
  • 1 (4-ounce) package pita chips
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Arrange chips in bottom of shallow baking dish.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese with pesto. Sprinkle seasoned cheese evenly over chips.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Mix salsa, roasted red pepper, pepperoncini peppers and onions; spoon over top of chips and cheese.
