Ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) package pita chips
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, drained
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Arrange chips in bottom of shallow baking dish.
- Combine Parmesan cheese with pesto. Sprinkle seasoned cheese evenly over chips.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Mix salsa, roasted red pepper, pepperoncini peppers and onions; spoon over top of chips and cheese.
