Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. chili crisp oil
- 1 tsp. hot honey
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Dice the cucumber and tomato.
- Cook the egg sunny-side up: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
- In a bowl, add the cottage cheese.
- Top the cottage cheese with the diced cucumber and tomato.
- Drizzle chili crisp oil and hot honey on top of the bowl.
- Finish the bowl by gently sliding the cooked egg on top and enjoy!
