Ingredients
  • 1 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
  • ½  cucumber, diced
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp. chili crisp oil
  • 1 tsp. hot honey
  • 1 egg
     
Instructions
  1. Dice the cucumber and tomato.
  2. Cook the egg sunny-side up: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
  3. In a bowl, add the cottage cheese.
  4. Top the cottage cheese with the diced cucumber and tomato.
  5. Drizzle chili crisp oil and hot honey on top of the bowl.
  6. Finish the bowl by gently sliding the cooked egg on top and enjoy!
