Ingredients

For Pizza:

  • 3½ cups pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ⅔ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 cups diced chicken
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 small jalapeños, chopped
  • 4 Fresno peppers, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro

For Dough:

  • 3¼ cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon rye flour
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1½-2 cups warm water
  • 1½ teaspoons honey
  • Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
  1. Make Dough: Mix flours, yeast and salt. Add honey-water mixture. Knead, rise 1 hour. Divide into 2 balls.
  2. Prep Pizza: Roll dough to 12-inch circle. Spread pizza sauce.
  3. Top: Add cheese, chicken, onion, garlic and peppers. Drizzle with chili sauce.
  4. Bake: 425° F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
