Ingredients
For Pizza:
- 3½ cups pizza sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- ⅔ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 cups diced chicken
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 small jalapeños, chopped
- 4 Fresno peppers, chopped
- Fresh cilantro
For Dough:
- 3¼ cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon rye flour
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1½-2 cups warm water
- 1½ teaspoons honey
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Make Dough: Mix flours, yeast and salt. Add honey-water mixture. Knead, rise 1 hour. Divide into 2 balls.
- Prep Pizza: Roll dough to 12-inch circle. Spread pizza sauce.
- Top: Add cheese, chicken, onion, garlic and peppers. Drizzle with chili sauce.
- Bake: 425° F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
