Ingredients
  • 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • ¼ tsp. freshly-ground nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
  1. Slice the banana and freeze it for at least 2 hours prior to making the smoothie.
  2. Add the lactose-free milk, lactose-free Greek yogurt, canned pumpkin puree, frozen banana, honey, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth and thick.
  4. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly-ground nutmeg and serve immediately.
