Ingredients
- 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup lactose-free milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ scoop protein powder
- ¼ tsp. freshly-ground nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the banana and freeze it for at least 2 hours prior to making the smoothie.
- Add the lactose-free milk, lactose-free Greek yogurt, canned pumpkin puree, frozen banana, honey, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly-ground nutmeg and serve immediately.
