Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. coriander
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley and all spices.
  2. In the same bowl, generously coat the chicken breasts in the yogurt mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken overnight.
  4. On a grill over medium heat, cook the chicken for about 3 minutes per side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  5. Discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Let each chicken breast rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
