Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ¼ tsp. coriander
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley and all spices.
- In the same bowl, generously coat the chicken breasts in the yogurt mixture.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken overnight.
- On a grill over medium heat, cook the chicken for about 3 minutes per side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Discard any remaining marinade.
- Let each chicken breast rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
