Ingredients
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk
     
Instructions

1. Rinse and drain the black beans thoroughly.

2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, black beans, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder and milk.

3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until your desired consistency is reached.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
