Ingredients
  • 4 oz. brandy
  • 2 oz. dark rum
  • ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. simple syrup, divided
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Purple, gold and green sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the brandy, rum, ¼ cup simple syrup, vanilla, milk and cream.
  3. Close and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and the mixture is slightly frothy.
  4. Place the remaining 1 tablespoon simple syrup in a shallow dish.
  5. Dip the rim of each serving glass into the syrup and roll with purple, gold and green sprinkles.
  6. Fill the glasses with ice.
  7. Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
  8. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
