Ingredients
- 4 oz. brandy
- 2 oz. dark rum
- ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. simple syrup, divided
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Purple, gold and green sprinkles (for garnish)
- Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the brandy, rum, ¼ cup simple syrup, vanilla, milk and cream.
- Close and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and the mixture is slightly frothy.
- Place the remaining 1 tablespoon simple syrup in a shallow dish.
- Dip the rim of each serving glass into the syrup and roll with purple, gold and green sprinkles.
- Fill the glasses with ice.
- Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
