Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup flour
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Combine butter and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add flour, mix well. Chill.
2. Next combine brown sugar, egg and vanilla, mix well. Stir in nuts.
3. Divide chilled dough into twenty-four balls, press into miniature muffin pans. Fill each cup ¾ full of brown sugar mixture.
4. Bake at 325° F, 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
