Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6-pack mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • ¾ cup strawberries, sliced (raspberries or blueberries also can be used)
Instructions
  1. Mix yogurt, ricotta, sugar and cocoa powder thoroughly with whisk or hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Spoon ⅙ mixture into each tart shell.
  3. Top with sliced strawberries.
