Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6-pack mini graham cracker pie crusts
- ¾ cup strawberries, sliced (raspberries or blueberries also can be used)
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, ricotta, sugar and cocoa powder thoroughly with whisk or hand mixer until creamy.
- Spoon ⅙ mixture into each tart shell.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
