Ingredients
  • 8 oz. burrata cheese
  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
     
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. While the pasta cooks, pour tomato sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
  5. Divide the pasta between two bowls. Top both servings with half of the burrata cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
