Ingredients
- 8 oz. burrata cheese
- 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
- Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, pour tomato sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Divide the pasta between two bowls. Top both servings with half of the burrata cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
