Ingredients
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 bananas, divided
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen peach
  • 1-2 tsp. honey
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 4 fresh strawberries, halved
     
Instructions
  1. Slice the 2 bananas. Set aside 1 of the bananas for topping.
  2. Add the other sliced banana to a blender with the frozen mango, frozen peach, Greek yogurt and dairy milk.
  3. Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, based on your sweetness preference.
  4. Blend until completely smooth.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  6. Top with granola, banana and fresh strawberries.
     

Notes/Additions

  • Recipe provided by Paulina
  • You can also top your smoothie bowl with chia seeds for extra fiber and omega 3s.
  • For extra sweetness, use vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • Not using frozen bananas allows for a creamier, richer smoothie texture.
