Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 bananas, divided
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen peach
- 1-2 tsp. honey
- ¼ cup granola
- 4 fresh strawberries, halved
Instructions
- Slice the 2 bananas. Set aside 1 of the bananas for topping.
- Add the other sliced banana to a blender with the frozen mango, frozen peach, Greek yogurt and dairy milk.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, based on your sweetness preference.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with granola, banana and fresh strawberries.
Notes/Additions
- Recipe provided by Paulina
- You can also top your smoothie bowl with chia seeds for extra fiber and omega 3s.
- For extra sweetness, use vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Not using frozen bananas allows for a creamier, richer smoothie texture.
