Ingredients
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, finely chopped
½ cup pecans, toasted and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Assorted crackers
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
2. Using your hands, form the ball and roll in pecans and parsley. Cover and chill overnight.
3. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
