Ingredients
  • 1½ cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup 2% milk
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen dark sweet cherries
  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes

Toppings:

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
Instructions
  1. In blender, combine cherries, yogurt, pomegranate juice, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth but thick (adjust with extra milk or yogurt as needed).
  3. Divide among 4 bowls.
  4. Top each with 2 tablespoons pistachios and 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds.

Notes/Additions

  • Pomegranate Tip: Buy pre-seeded pomegranates or buy whole pomegranates and seed them underwater to prevent stains
  • Protein Boost: Add 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh (doesn't store well)
