Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) container vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, slightly crushed
- Zest of 1 small orange
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt into a ¼-inch thick rectangle on prepared sheet.
- Sprinkle evenly with crushed raspberries, orange zest, pistachios and chocolate.
- Freeze 2-3 hours until solid.
- Break or cut into pieces before serving.
- Storage: Keep frozen in airtight container for up to 2 weeks
- Variations:
