Ingredients
  • 1 (32-ounce) container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, slightly crushed
  • Zest of 1 small orange
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate
Instructions
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread yogurt into a ¼-inch thick rectangle on prepared sheet.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with crushed raspberries, orange zest, pistachios and chocolate.
  4. Freeze 2-3 hours until solid.
  5. Break or cut into pieces before serving.

 

  • Storage: Keep frozen in airtight container for up to 2 weeks
  • Variations:
    • Use mixed berries instead of raspberries
    • Substitute almonds for pistachios
    • Add coconut flakes for extra texture
