Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen strawberries
- 3 bananas
- 1½ cups Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. agave syrup
- 1½ cups frozen blueberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup coconut cream
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1½ cups frozen strawberries, 1 banana, ½ cup of the Greek yogurt, ¼ cup of the whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of the agave syrup. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Rinse the blender, then combine 1½ cups frozen blueberries, 1 banana, ½ cup of the Greek yogurt, ¼ cup of the whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of the agave syrup. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Rinse the blender again, then combine ½ cup coconut cream with the remaining 1 banana, ½ cup Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup whole milk. Blend until smooth.
- In a large glass, layer the smoothie by pouring ½ cup of the strawberry mixture, followed by ½ cup of the coconut mixture, and finally ½ cup of the blueberry mixture. Repeat with your second glass.
- Garnish with additional frozen blueberries and serve.
