Ingredients
- 2 packages ladyfingers or sliced angel food cake
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream
- 2 pounds large strawberries, hulled
- 9½-10 ounces strawberry glaze or Danish dessert
Instructions
- Line 9-x-13 inch pan with ladyfingers or cake slices.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip cream separately until fluffy.
- Lighten cream cheese with some whipped cream, then fold mixture into remaining cream.
- Spread over cake layer. Arrange strawberries point-up.
- Top with glaze and refrigerate 4+ hours before serving.
