Ingredients
  • 2 packages ladyfingers or sliced angel food cake
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream
  • 2 pounds large strawberries, hulled
  • 9½-10 ounces strawberry glaze or Danish dessert
Instructions
  1. Line 9-x-13 inch pan with ladyfingers or cake slices.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip cream separately until fluffy.
  4. Lighten cream cheese with some whipped cream, then fold mixture into remaining cream.
  5. Spread over cake layer. Arrange strawberries point-up.
  6. Top with glaze and refrigerate 4+ hours before serving.
