Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ of a banana
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds
Instructions
  1. Place frozen mango, banana, yogurt, milk and flaxseeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish with toppings of choice.

 

Notes/Additions

  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more low-fat milk.
