Ingredients
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 oz. cooked turkey, shredded
  • ¼ cup stuffing
  • ¼ cup mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
Instructions
  1. Butter one side of both slices of sourdough bread.
  2. Place one slice, butter-side down, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Layer with mozzarella, mac ‘n’ cheese and turkey.
  3. On the second slice of bread, spread mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, then press the stuffing on top.
  4. Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top of the sandwich.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice and serve immediately.
