Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz. cooked turkey, shredded
- ¼ cup stuffing
- ¼ cup mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Butter one side of both slices of sourdough bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Layer with mozzarella, mac ‘n’ cheese and turkey.
- On the second slice of bread, spread mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, then press the stuffing on top.
- Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top of the sandwich.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice and serve immediately.
