Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (½ cup for topping)
- 1 lb. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken breast, cottage cheese, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, Buffalo sauce and garlic powder.
- Mix well, then transfer to a small oven-proof dish.
- Make sure the mixture is evenly spread. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the dip from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
