Ingredients
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (½ cup for topping)
  • 1 lb. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
     
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken breast, cottage cheese, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, Buffalo sauce and garlic powder.
  3. Mix well, then transfer to a small oven-proof dish.
  4. Make sure the mixture is evenly spread. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the dip from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
