Ingredients
  • 2 cups 2% milkfat cottage cheese
  • 1 large ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped 
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the ingredients and pulse until well blended and smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite raw veggies or pita chips.  

 

Tips + Tricks: 

  • For a chunkier dip, mash the avocado and mix all ingredients by hand.
  • Stays fresh for about 4 days in the refrigerator.
