Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- Butter crackers, for serving
- Pretzels, for serving
- Cucumber, cut into rounds or spears, for serving
- Baby carrots, for serving
- Snap peas, for serving
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth using a food processor or stand mixer. Add sour cream, heavy cream and butter, and beat until light, fluffy, and spreadable, about 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, chives and parsley, and fold in until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chives. Place dip in the center of a serving platter or board.
- Arrange crackers, pretzels, cucumber, carrots and peas decoratively around the dip, and serve.
