Ingredients
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Butter crackers, for serving
  • Pretzels, for serving
  • Cucumber, cut into rounds or spears, for serving
  • Baby carrots, for serving
  • Snap peas, for serving
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth using a food processor or stand mixer. Add sour cream, heavy cream and butter, and beat until light, fluffy, and spreadable, about 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, chives and parsley, and fold in until combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chives. Place dip in the center of a serving platter or board.
  3. Arrange crackers, pretzels, cucumber, carrots and peas decoratively around the dip, and serve.
